The tech replied that’s the specialty here and he set up a free estimate to go and see what the problem was.

Trenchless Sewer Pipe Lining in Louisville

When the tech arrived at the customer’s Louisville property he could see this home was of very high value and he had a sneaky suspicion that the new ‘wing” just added to the home may very well run over top of a faulty sewer line. Upon meeting with the customer it was determined that yes, they built a 2,200 square foot addition to the home without checking the sewer line. The tech and the owner surmised that while construction was taking place a large concrete truck must of drove over top of the sewer line and cracked it underground. The tech agreed to inspect the damage and ran a sewer video camera down into the pipe where it could be clearly seen that the 4 inch cast iron line was indeed cracked in several locations. There was also a offset from one of the joints and that was the main cause of the problem. After the inspection it was recommended to the customer to have the entire run of 112 feet of sewer repair with the trenchless sewer pipe liners and have it lined all the way to the city sewer. The customer agreed to line the whole thing so he could keep building his dream home and not have to worry about his sewer pipes.

Louisville, KY Sewer Pipe Lining Replacement

Once the trenchless sewer liner was installed in the line, the tech inserted the air bladder and filled it with air so it would stick the resin soaked liner against the interior of the old, cast iron, host pipe. It was left to cure in place to harden and the air bladder was then deflated and the customer was left with one long, continuous piece of 112 foot 4 inch pipe. Afterwards the sewer worked like a brand new sewer.
