Pipe lining (CIPP — cured-in-place pipe)

A resin-saturated liner is pulled or inflated into the old pipe and cured hard, forming a smooth new pipe inside the old one. No trench along the line — often just one access point. Best for pipes that are cracked, leaking, or root-infiltrated but still continuous. Lasts decades.

Pipe bursting

A cone-shaped bursting head is pulled through the old pipe, breaking it outward while pulling a new pipe in behind it. Needs only small access pits at each end. Best when the old pipe is collapsed, badly offset, or you want to upsize to a larger diameter.

Spin casting / spray-applied lining

A coating is applied and spun onto the inside of the pipe to seal cracks and reinforce it. Useful for certain fittings, junctions, and pipe shapes a standard liner cannot reach.

When none of these fit

If the line is fully collapsed with no path to pull through, or access truly requires excavation, a specialist will say so. The free camera inspection determines the right method — honestly, before any work.
